More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Property plans for the financier's personal tropical island included in the photographs.

Also contained in this new photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is marked up in notations in red and includes a key detailing different areas of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.

More documentation made public as part of the continuing investigative release.
